I always have ImmunoPhase on hand for colds and flus with the symptoms you list. During the winter season, I will often take 2 caps per day and increase that to 2 caps, 3 times per day if I am exposed to someone who is sick or if I'm traveling. If I feel a first sign of a cold coming on, then I take 2 caps, 5 times in a day. Usually, it never gets to the stage where I catch the cold, but if it does, I continue at 2 caps, 5 times per day until the symptoms are gone. That should shorten the length of the illness quite a bit. Finally, if you are prone to lung infections with cough, then you should have BronchoPhase on hand and start taking it 2 caps, 3-5 times per day until the cough is gone. You can use both ImmunoPhase and BronchoPhase together at full doses without problem.

Periodically I get the normal cold or flu bug which symptoms for me are a persistent runny nose, bronchial and head congestion. I do not typically experience any problems with congestion in my chest. I am a 59 year old male, in good shape, not overweight, taking no medications other than a daily supplementation program. What product(s) of yours and in what dosages and frequency might I try the next time I get this bug. Let me know and I appreciate your input.
