I have purchased both your Vital Cell and CardioPhase. I understand these can be taken together. Please advise the maximum dosage of each if taken together.

Dear William,
I would recommend 2 capsules of Vital Cell and 2 capsules of CardioPhase each twice per day. In other words, each day you would take 4 Vital Cell capsules and 4 CardioPhase capsules.
They have some overlap in function as both assist blood circulation. The focus of Vital Cell is on improving blood quality while the focus for CardioPhase is to strengthen heart muscle tissue.
You should not take either supplement, however, if you are on coumadin/warfarin. Also, you should take any supplements you use at least 2 hours away from any drug medications you use.
